The MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator course is designed to provide in-depth, practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 management. Participants will delve into Microsoft 365 tenant setup, exploring subscription options, managing user accounts, licenses, and security groups, as well as administrative roles. The course examines identity synchronization in Microsoft 365 in detail, with a particular focus on Microsoft Access Connect and Connect Cloud Sync. It also addresses complex security and compliance management within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This course contributes to preparation for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification .
In order to obtain Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, it is mandatory to have one of the following certification: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate.

• Implement privileged identity management for Microsoft Entra roles

Module 4:Implement and manage identity synchronization with Microsoft Entra ID
