Questo corso Microsoft, MS-101 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security, tratta tre elementi centrali dell’amministrazione aziendale di Microsoft 365: gestione della sicurezza di Microsoft 365, gestione della conformità di Microsoft 365 e gestione dei dispositivi di Microsoft 365.
Nella gestione della sicurezza di Microsoft 365 esaminerai tutte le comuni minacce e violazioni dei dati che affrontano le organizzazioni oggi e imparerai come le soluzioni di sicurezza di Microsoft 365 affrontano queste minacce alla sicurezza.
Verrà introdotto il Microsoft Secure Score e la protezione dell’identità di Azure Active Directory.
Imparerai quindi come gestire i servizi di sicurezza di Microsoft 365, inclusi Exchange Online Protection, Advanced Threat Protection, Safe Attachments e Safe Links. Infine verranno presentati i vari report che monitorano lo stato della sicurezza.
Passerai quindi dai servizi di sicurezza all’intelligence sulle minacce; in particolare, utilizzando Security Dashboard e Advanced Threat Analytics per stare al passo con potenziali violazioni della sicurezza.
Con i componenti di sicurezza di Microsoft 365 ora saldamente in posizione, esaminerai i componenti chiave della gestione della conformità di Microsoft 365. Inizia con una panoramica di tutti gli aspetti chiave della governance dei dati, inclusi l’archiviazione e la conservazione dei dati, la gestione dei diritti delle informazioni, l’estensione multiuso della posta Internet (S / MIME), la crittografia dei messaggi di Office 365 e la prevenzione della perdita dei dati (DLP). Potrai quindi approfondire l’archiviazione e la conservazione prestando particolare attenzione alla gestione dei record sul posto in SharePoint, all’archiviazione e alla conservazione in Exchange e alle politiche di conservazione nel Centro sicurezza e conformità.
Ora che hai compreso gli aspetti chiave della governance dei dati, esaminerai come implementarli, compresa la costruzione di muri etici in Exchange Online, la creazione di politiche DLP da modelli integrati, la creazione di politiche DLP personalizzate, la creazione di politiche DLP per proteggere i documenti e la creazione di suggerimenti sulle politiche. Ti concentrerai quindi sulla gestione della governance dei dati in Microsoft 365, inclusa la gestione della conservazione nella posta elettronica, la risoluzione dei problemi relativi ai criteri di conservazione e i suggerimenti sui criteri non riusciti, nonché la risoluzione dei problemi relativi ai dati sensibili. Imparerai quindi come implementare Azure Information Protection e Windows Information Protection. Concluderai questa sezione imparando come gestire la ricerca e le indagini, inclusa la ricerca di contenuti nel Centro sicurezza e conformità, il controllo delle indagini sui registri e la gestione di eDiscovery avanzato.
Il corso si conclude con un esame approfondito della gestione dei dispositivi Microsoft 365. Inizierai con la pianificazione di vari aspetti della gestione dei dispositivi, compresa la preparazione dei dispositivi Windows 10 per la gestione congiunta.
Imparerai come passare da Configuration Manager a Intune e verrai introdotto in Microsoft Store for Business e Mobile Application Management. A questo punto, passerai dalla pianificazione all’implementazione della gestione dei dispositivi; in particolare, la tua strategia di installazione di Windows 10. Ciò include l’apprendimento di come implementare Windows Autopilot, Windows Analytics e Mobile Device Management (MDM). Quando esaminerai MDM, imparerai come installarlo, come registrare i dispositivi su MDM e come gestire la conformità dei dispositivi.
